hereby certify that all statements made in this application are true
and I/we hereby authorize the landlord to conduct a personal
investigation/credit check and to contact any person identified in this
Application To Lease. I understand and acknowledge that there are no
pets allowed on the premises unless specifically stated to be a pet
friendly property and that written authorization must be given by the
Landlord. I/We understand that all information collected may be used
for the purpose of application approval, for the purpose of debt
collection, to uphold and maintain the rules and regulations of the
property and/or to evaluate tenancy. The Landlord reserves the right to
Accept or Reject any applicants. Alberta and British Columbia
Applicants: The Landlord acknowledges the receipt of the sum of $

a deposit to be considered as a rental deposit, forfeitable, in the
event that the applicant does not take occupancy on the commencement
date agreed upon or fails to execute the lease agreement when presented
for execution. Upon the applicant taking posession of the apartment,
the deposit shall be deemed to be a Security Deposit as defined in the
Province of Alberta under the Residential Tenancies Act, cR-17 or the
Province of British Columbia under the Residential Tenancies Act, SBC
2002, as ammended and Regulation made from time to time. (not
