Position Information: Groundskeeper - Leduc

Job Description: Under direction of the Site Manager or Maintenance Manager, the Groundskeeper is responsible for all phases of the overall cleanliness, physical appearance of the grounds and curb appeal, and for assisting in resident retention by providing a quality living environment for the residents.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have the following skills: • Familiarity with and ability to operate (safely), various grounds maintenance equipment which includes; lawnmowers, weed whackers, hedgers & leaf-blowers; • Knowledge of landscape plants and grounds maintenance practices is desirable; • Good use of judgment to plan, perform, and make decisions; • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
