Position Information: Community Manager - Leduc

Job Description: Position Overview You will primarily be responsible for maintaining the Aspen Community Homes property. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: upkeep of the property including seasonal tasks; landscaping, garbage collection, snow removal; dealing with potential tenants, banking deposits; clerical assignments such as photocopying, faxing, assisting with mail-outs etc.; provide word processing support to senior management as needed; assist with the proper record keeping of the company’s purchase order system; and assist on various projects as required. Candidate must have a valid drivers licence and vehicle. This position reports to the Operations Coordinator. *normal work hours 1:00 – 5:30 pm, 8:30 am – 5:50 pm the first/last day of each month, weekends included
Qualifications: Requirements You will have exceptional customer service skills and possess strong communication skills as well as a habitual desire to succeed. You will be computer literate, & have Microsoft Office experience including MS Word and Excel. A minimum of 1-2 year’s previous office experience is required. Must be physically able to walk the site and perform the basic landscaping duties.
