Position Information: Maintenance Worker - Port Moody, BC

Job Description: This is a regular full-time position involving general suite maintenance. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible overseeing daily maintenance operations of the site, coordinating renovations projects and contractors work, ordering parts, supervision of others engaged in similar work, and some administrative duties. This position reports to the Site Manager. Normal Work Week: Monday – Friday Normal Work Hours: 8:00a.m. – 5:30p.m.

Qualifications: Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance trades as they relate to the residential site. This will include, but are not limited to: appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills, and boiler maintenance experience. A minimum of two (2) years experience in general &/or residential maintenance work; this will include furnace operation, basic plumbing, and electrical.
