Job Description: In this role, you will be primarily responsible for showing and leasing suites and the completion of all accompanying paperwork. Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to: advising residents of their options for lease renewal, writing up work orders and responding to resident problems. This position reports to the Site Manager. This is a part-time position which will require you to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications: As an energetic individual, you will have above-average customer service skills. You will be computer literate and have experience in an office setting and/or customer service industry.
