Position Information: Maintenance Worker - Edmonton

Job Description: This is a regular full-time position involving general suite maintenance. Along with your excellent customer service skills, you will have knowledge of a variety of building maintenance trades; this will include, but are not limited to: appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills, and mechanical experience. Seasonally related duties are also required in this role. This position reports to the Site Manager and/or Maintenance Manager. This candidate will "float" as needed between the various properties in the north portfolio. Normal Work Week: Monday through Friday 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. Must be available for on-call rotation and have own vehicle

Qualifications: Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance trades; this will include, but are not limited to: appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills, and boiler maintenance experience. Previous residential maintenance experience is preferred; full training provided.
