Position Information: Maintenance Worker - Lethbridge

Job Description: This is a regular full-time position involving general suite maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible assisting with the daily maintenance operations of the site, coordinating renovations projects and contractors work, ordering parts, supervision of others engaged in similar work, and some administrative duties. This position reports to the Site Manager and/or Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications: Along with your excellent customer service skills, you will have knowledge of a variety of building maintenance trades; this will include, but are not limited to: appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills, and boiler maintenance experience. At least 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance work is required, 5th Class Power Engineering certificate is an asset. Must have own vehicle.
