I’ve been living at the Village at Southgate for three years, and it’s been a wonderful experience from the start. The leasing staff were patient, welcoming, and clear throughout the process. The grounds are beautiful and always well maintained, and the community events in the courtyard are such a nice touch. The staff are cheerful, energetic, and always ready to help. It’s a warm, friendly community with residents from all walks of life. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is ideal for transit, shopping, and dining. Highly recommend!
