In the fast growing city of Yellowknife, there's a place that you can call Home. From three locations, Midwest Property Management offers a range of possibilities in the heart of downtown Yellowknife. Consider one of our fully furnished suites, or choose from a selection of modern unfurnished apartments. One and two three bedroom units are available close to all of the amenities.
You will be based out of the Fraser Arms property, but responsible for all 3 sites totaling 228 units.
The primary function of the Leasing Agent is to provide exceptional customer service. The incumbent must be able to perform the necessary sales and leasing functions to achieve the occupancy goals set out by the company. Leasing Agents will be required to assist with the administrative and operational function of the site when required. This position reports to the Site Manager.
Various shifts (day, evening and weekend)
As an energetic individual, you will have demonstrated exceptional customer service in your current position. You will be computer literate, possess knowledge of acts, laws and legislation as it pertains to residential property management and have experience in an office setting. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are needed for this position. 2 years of direct sales experience is required. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada in order to apply, i.e. have Landed Immigrant Status, Work Visa, or be a Canadian Citizen.
