As Midwest's largest and most prestigious rental community, the Village at Southgate is the perfect place to call home. This position entails manual and physical work. An incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the halls and common areas of the sites and cleaning vacant suites. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: responding to work orders, minor suite maintenance and ground maintenance such as sweeping leaves or shoveling snow. This position reports to the Site Manager.
Monday to Friday 8:00-5:00, potential for overtime around month end.
Heavy lifting will be required. You will have the ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with residents, fellow co-workers, and will be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. Prior cleaning experience in an apartment setting is preferred.
