Contact Centre Agent- Part Time

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for responding to marketing inquiries within the Midwest Call Centre. An incumbent in this position is responsible for telephone inquiries, booking and/or viewing appointments, correspondence with sites with respect to booking appointments and updating call logs. This position reports to the Contact Centre Supervisor.

Position Overview
Hours

Varying hours between 8:00 am and 9:00pm, including weekends. This is a part time position with the ability to work full time hours (as needed) for vacation coverage.

Requirements

As an energetic individual, you will have demonstrated exceptional customer service in your current position. You will be computer literate with strong data entry skills and have the ability to present a professional composure. Your strong verbal and listening skills and ability to work independently are essential. Prior experience in a call center and sales environment is preferred.
