Leasing Administrator- Yellowknife

Position Overview

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the Site Manager and the Leasing Team to ensure timely and seamless movement with prospects and residents in the showing, application and renewal processes. In addition, the incumbent will assist with leading, training, coaching and motivating the Leasing Team to achieve desired results to maximize occupancy within the asset(s). As an integral member of the Leasing Team, the Leasing Administrator ensures first class customer service and facilities are presented and provided to all customers. This position reports to the Site Manager.

Requirements

As an energetic individual, you will have a proven aptitude for customer service. You will be computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office. MRI experience is an asset. You must have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. You must be flexible and adaptable and have a positive energetic attitude. At least 6 months to one year of experience in leasing is required. Completion of High School Diploma (or equivalent), you will have training and experience in office administration and secretarial duties and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. Completion of the Landlord Course through the EAA is an asset. A valid driver’s license and vehicle is an asset.
