Located in Edmonton’s west end, this executive patio/townhome community is situated in the beautiful Patricia Heights neighborhood. At 144 units this community offers 2 bedroom bungalows, to 2-storey 2 and 3 bedroom units. Suites have large walkout patios, spacious balconies, and include 1 ½ baths. Most suites include 1 garage parking with automatic door opener; some other suites include 1 covered or outside parking stall.
The primary function of the Leasing Agent is to provide exceptional customer service. The incumbent must be able to perform the necessary sales and leasing functions to achieve the occupancy goals set out by the company. Leasing Agents will be required to assist with the administrative and operational function of the site when required. This position reports to the Site Manager.
Tuesday- Thursday 2:00-7:00 PM
Saturday 11:00-4:00 PM
As an energetic individual, you will have demonstrated exceptional customer service in your current position. You will be computer literate, possess knowledge of acts, laws and legislation as it pertains to residential property management and have experience in an office setting. A sales background will be considered an asset. Must be flexible to work afternoons/evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s license and vehicle required. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada in order to apply, i.e. have Landed Immigrant Status, Work Visa, or be a Canadian Citizen.
