This is a full-time position involving general suite maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily maintenance operations of the site, snow removal and landscaping duties, coordinating renovations projects and contractors work, ordering parts, and some administrative duties. This position reports to the Site Manager and/or Maintenance Manager.
Normal Work Week: Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Must be available for on-call rotation and weekends/overtime as required, especially at month end.
As soon as possible
Along with your excellent customer service skills and get up and go attitude, you will have knowledge of a variety of building maintenance trades; this will include, but are not limited to: appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills, and boiler maintenance experience. The successful candidate in this position will have the ability to take initiative and make split-second independent judgement calls in a fast paced environment while able to keep communication and collaboration open with managers. Two years of experience is required. Must have valid driver’s licence and own vehicle. Employment is conditional upon a clear police security reference and completion of pre-employment fitness to work testing.
