This position requires a professional and friendly image. The Receptionist is required to perform daily administrative tasks that assist in the smooth flow of the property. Such activities include marketing the property, answering phones, ordering supplies, may do incidental typing and/or routine administrative work as assigned, filing, and visitor hospitality
Normal Work Hours: Monday to Friday- 10:00 – 3:00
Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic work environment is required. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with e-mail systems. Knowledge of general office practices and business English is a must. Prior reception or leasing experience is an asset. You will possess a cheerful, friendly disposition at all times. Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as be a team player is required.
