Our new secure online rent payment option is provided through our trusted service provider RentTrack at select communities. In adjusting to the changing world of social distancing and increasing convenience, we are asking residents to now pay their rent through RentTrack or by Cheque! Please speak with your community rental office for additional details.

Instantly set up EFT (automatic payment), Debit or Credit payments from any desktop or mobile device. With RentTrack, roommates can pay separately!

*To enjoy the benefits of RentTrack, residents will be required to pay a small processing fee. This processing fee will be as little as $1 per month depending on how you choose to use RentTrack and will be charged in addition to your rental payment by RentTrack. Please contact your community leasing office for any specific details on processing fees for your community. Processing fees include $1.00 per payment for e-Check/EFT, 1.50% per payment for Debit Card Transactions & 2.50% per payment for Credit Card Transactions.

If you are already signed up for our EFT (automatic payment) program, you will be required to switch to RentTrack. You must contact your Rental Office to cancel your existing EFT program with at least 7 business days notice prior to the 1st, to avoid paying your rental payment twice.
